Come join  Britta Eumann and unwind from your day.

Restorative yoga emphasizes deep relaxation for body and mind. Using support
like bolsters, blankets, etc. yoga poses are modified to the individual
student, this allows for longer holds without strain, which promotes gentle
yet deep opening and relaxation. Breath work and meditation are an integral
part of the class.
This is a class for everybody and every body, no prior knowledge of yoga
necessary.
Props like bolsters, blankets, etc. are provided, but feel free to bring you
own for maximum comfort.
