Qigong is a gentle exercise to generate radiant health! Described as “Chinese Yoga” Qigong uses slow intentional movements and deep relaxed breathing to balance the mind and emotions while simultaneously holding standing poses to energize and strengthen the body and spirit. Our qigong classes are always fun because a big smile and happy heart are key to good qi! This class is for all ages and experience levels.

Price: sliding scale $10 – $20, walk-ins welcome

Travis M. DiFonzo is an Energetic Practitioner of the Healing Arts focused on living a spiritually integrated lifestyle. As a Graduate of Hypnosis Motivation Institute and Certified Instructor of Qigong Travis weaves the science of the mind and energetics of the body with his personal practice of living from the heart. His passion for sharing these practices comes from the profound transformative effect they’ve had on his happiness, health, and connection to spirit.
