Wednesdays  8 PM – 9 PM

This evening class infuses candlelit ambiance, instrumental music, and singing bowls to set the tone for a calming practice. We will be using stress-relieving poses to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath, mind, body, and spirit. A great way to melt away the day and prepare you for a restful night’s sleep.
